Participants should dress comfortably and be comfortable in meditating for longer than 40 minutes.  Energymend has awesome anti-gravity chairs availability to use, comfortable upright chairs, and limited massage tables and yoga mats.  If you have an absolute favorite which helps you meditate, please bring it to the workshop.
