A Sound Healing - With Rachael Rivera

Rachel Rivera is a sound and Reiki healer located in Southern Maine. She began her musical journey studying opera, but after discovering the healing aspects of the voice and sound, she switched gears and became a sound practitioner, offering individual and group sessions where attendees can lie down, close their eyes, and be bathed in the sound vibrations and nurtured with the lullabies of the Universe. 

She creates intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a "Surround Sound" experience.
