Join us Friday October 18, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and stay for an optional reading exchange from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM!
Tarot serves as a mirror to our experiences. Within each card is a piece of our story, gifting us with a deeper understanding of what we truly think and feel. New perspectives unfold, helping us to think in ways we normally wouldn’t.
In this class, you will learn the basics of reading tarot using both the structure of the rider Waite-smith format and your own intuitive feelings.
How an individual relates to a certain card may be entirely different from the next. You will be encouraged to think outside the box, instead of conforming to what answers may be ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. This is a wonderful time to explore how you work with your tarot cards and experiment with your reading style!
Courtney will walk you through a beginner and intermediate friendly system to interpret your tarot cards. She will offer helpful tips and guidance for giving yourself and others accurate, clear readings. Whether you intend to use the cards for self exploration, healing, or divination, you will develop a deepened relationship with your deck in this class!
In this class, we will go over:
History of tarot
Ways to use tarot
The four suits of the minor arcana
